iOwnVR is a site for real estate investors, and was created by real estate investors. In short, we do this every day.

We are led by Brad Moncado, co founder/owner of the Springfield, Missouri Real Estate Investor Group, and full time real estate investor. Brad has years of experience in new home construction, home flips, wholesaling, lease options, and is considered a master of creative financing. He now specializes in operating his numerous nightly rentals as well as educating real estate investors in the art of creating passive income from owning vacation rentals.
